Now I played with Legos as a kid too but I don’t think I would want to build them for a living, but that may just be me.
Jason Poland graduated from the University of Houston where he majored in English. Since he majored in English it is easy to understand what he landed a job with Leogs right? Anyway, he is very happy making $13/hour building Legos all day long.
If you build Legos for a living what do you think your next career move will be after this job? Also, what would your title be in a position like this? If you had the chance would you take an off the wall job right out of college to try and give yourself more time to determine what you want your career to look like? I don’t think it is a bad idea as long as you are trying to keep the big picture in mind because every job you take will build off of the other one. The people you meet, the skills you learn, will all determine your next move.
